ANN

Ann’s journey started as a 16 years old Nurse Cadet in the bustling Casualty department at Altrincham Hospital. She changed career after the birth of her second child to orthodontics - to ensure all children with facial problems would be able to get all treatments on the NHS.

Transitioning into education, she became a qualified teacher in adult education, where she co-created and taught the pioneering full-time adult course in Holistic Treatments at South Trafford College. Ann continues to organise and facilitate workshops at various universities, workplaces, and training centers. Her journey includes becoming a certified healer within the Spiritualist Church, attaining Reiki Master Teacher status in Canada, and spending two enriching months in Thailand to become qualified to teach Thai Massage.

Beyond her professional achievements, her heart lies in community service. She has been a beacon of hope and support in her local community through her extensive volunteer work. From her early involvement with ‘Samaritans’ to establishing ‘Home Start’ in North Wales, Ann has consistently provided support to families of drug users and offered guidance through Citizens Advice Bureau. As a community coordinator, she has organised numerous family events.

Ann's honesty, caring nature, and unwavering dedication shine through in everything she does.
